Q: How do I scan the QR code?

Open your camera app on your device, point your camera at the QR code.  You should receive a notification if the reader is working.

Q: I'm at a QR code location in the building and I scanned it. Why isn't any content loading?

Check that you have a working internet or cellular connection.

Guests can use WiFi@OSU for basic Internet access after accepting the university acceptable use policy. Students, faculty, and staff should use the osuwireless network as the primary means for wireless connectivity,

Using your mobile web browser, ensure that you don't need to accept the terms for using OSU's Wi-Fi before being connected.

Q: I'm trying to use a tablet with Wi-Fi, but the signal is too weak to download new content.

The interior spaces in Sullivant Hall should have sufficient Wi-Fi. Try turning your Wi-Fi off and on. This will connect you to the nearest (and strongest) access point. If you are outside near Mershon Theater, the strongest signal is near the High Street entrance and the tall south-facing windows.  

Q: Why can't I hear any audio in your sound file? My volume is turned up.

Ensure that your device's physical audio switch is not in the vibrate/silent position.
